Charles von Reis joined Lovinger Kaufmann LLP in
2007. He focuses on hydroelectric project licensing
and related environmental permitting. He also has
experience with a wide range of electric utility
matters including power purchase agreements,
interconnection agreements, and litigation.
Mr. von Reis is admitted to the Oregon State Bar. Before joining Lovinger Kaufmann LLP, he researched the licensing procedures for wave energy conversion projects at the Oregon Department of Land Conservation and Development. He also researched submerged lands conservation leasing for The Nature Conservancy.
